Begin with awakening sequences to warm up your body and establish the foundational postures you'll return to throughout class, but with light weights in hand. Expect high-repetition sculpting work that builds muscular endurance as you pulse, lift, and flow to the beat. Dynamic movements sync with the rhythm of the music, blending traditional yoga poses with strength building exercises and heart-pumping cardio intervals that challenge your body in entirely new ways. This is where yoga meets the music, where strength training feels like dancing, and where you'll discover muscles you didn't know you had. Whether you're craving a good sweat, looking to build lean strength, or simply want to move your body in a way that feels fun, this class has it all. Upcoming Classes


Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 30 minutes before your scheduled class time to avoid losing the class. Late cancellations and no-shows will be forfeited. Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist through the app. When a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist will be notified. You'll have 10 minutes to claim the spot before it's offered to the next person in line.
