Tarole Harris
Owner | Founder | Instructor
Tarole has spent over a decade helping people discover what movement can do; not just for their bodies, but for their energy, their mental health, and their daily lives. Her journey started in her early twenties when she found that the right kind of movement changes everything.
The path has taken her from Hawaii to Arkansas, North Carolina, and finally Virginia; teaching spin, yoga, and training clients in spaces across the country. She's worked with everyone from those beginning their movement journey to seasoned athletes and Miss America titleholders. Every community she's taught has added something to who she is, not only as an instructor, but as a human. For the past 8.5 years, she's called Richmond home, building deep roots while training and teaching yoga and spin to this amazing community.

Blair McGee
Instructor
Blair's love for yoga began at a young age after she stumbled upon a small studio in a tiny Virginia town. At just eleven years old, she walked into her first class on her own, a bold step that sparked a lifelong journey. Since then, yoga has become a practice of reconnecting with the same courage while fostering healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.
Blair believes movement is medicine and that yoga has the power to transform both physical and mental well-being. Her classes are rooted in the belief that yoga teaches us to find strength through discomfort, cultivate resilience, and create connection with ourselves and those around us. She teaches to build community and help others discover the same sense of peace, balance, and healing that yoga has brought to her own life.

Deirdre Saulet
Instructor
Deirdre (De) has been an avid practitioner of yoga since 2014 and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. After years of dealing with basketball-related injuries, she found joy in the unexpected ways yoga challenged her physically and, even more importantly, how it provided a space for self-inquiry, growth, and community. De appreciates the balance yoga brings to her life and what it continually teaches her about her relationship with herself and others.
Her accessible classes invite you to move with intention and curiosity. She loves to share her passion with experienced practitioners, those brand new to yoga, and everyone in between, encouraging you to take up space - on and off the mat.
