Sculpt Circuit blends AMRAPS, circuit style strength training, EMOMs, etc into one powerful class designed to build lean muscle and boost endurance. Each class brings a fresh sequence with varied equipment, ensuring no two workouts are ever the same. The formats shift weekly, challenging your body in new ways while targeting every major muscle group. Whether you're powering through timed circuits, racing against the clock in AMRAPs, or hitting precise EMOM intervals, you'll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to tackle whatever comes next. What to Bring: Tennis shoes, water bottle, your best effort Level: All welcome with opportunities to modify or amplify Duration: 45 minutes


Upcoming Classes


Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 30 minutes before your scheduled class time to avoid losing the class. Late cancellations and no-shows will be forfeited. Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist through the app. When a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist will be notified. You'll have 10 minutes to claim the spot before it's offered to the next person in line.
