Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 2, 2026

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all our clients while allowing our instructors and trainers to plan effectively. Please familiarize yourself with the policy below.

1. Group Classes
Clients may cancel a group class booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within this window will be handled as follows:

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before class: your credit or session will be returned to your account in full.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of class: the session will be forfeited.
Unlimited membership holders who cancel within 1 hour of class will incur a $10 late cancellation fee, charged to the payment method on file.
No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and the same fees will apply.

2. Personal Training Sessions
Due to the dedicated nature of one-on-one training, a longer notice period is required for personal training cancellations.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the session: your session credit will be returned in full.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session: the session will be forfeited and no credit will be issued.
No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited in full.

We ask that you respect your trainer's time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.

3. Unlimited Membership - Late Cancellation Fee

Unlimited membership holders enjoy unrestricted access to our class timetable. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, a $10 late cancellation fee applies when a group class is cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, or in the event of a no-show.

The $10 fee will be automatically charged to the payment method associated with your membership.
Fees are non-refundable.
If you believe a fee was charged in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

4. Waitlists
If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will be notified as soon as a spot becomes available. Standard cancellation terms apply from the moment you are confirmed into the class. If you are added to a class within the 1-hour cancellation window and are unable to attend, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5. Studio Cancellations
In the event that Ritual Studio needs to cancel a class or session, affected clients will be notified as soon as possible. A full credit will be returned to your account, or you will be offered the option to reschedule. We are not liable for any other costs incurred as a result of a studio- initiated cancellation.
