Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services, website, or facilities of Ritual Studio. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

1. About Ritual Studio
Ritual Studio is an independently owned and operated business. We are fully independent of Eleos Pilates Studio and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities. There is no affiliation, partnership, or association of any kind between Ritual Studio and Eleos Pilates Studio. Any
resemblance in name, branding, or offerings is coincidental. Ritual Studio is solely responsible for its own services, operations, and obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

3.1 Class Bookings
Classes must be booked in advance through our website, app, or by contacting the studio directly. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or valid credit deduction.

3.2 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations for group classes made more than 1 hour before a class will receive a full credit to their account

• Cancellations for group classes made within 1 hour of a class are non-refundable and the session will be forfeited

• Cancellations for group classes with unlimited memberships made within 1 hour of a class will result in a $10 fee

• No-shows will be charged in full

Ritual Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, affected clients will receive a full credit or the option to reschedule.

3.3 Waitlists
If you join a waitlist and/or are automatically added to a class, you will be notified as soon as possible. Standard cancellation terms apply once you have been confirmed into a class.

4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in the local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking unless you hold an active membership or credit package. Memberships and class packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Ritual Studio reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Existing members will be given reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

5. Health, Safety, and Participation

5.1 Health Declaration
By participating in any class or activity at Ritual Studio, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to do so. You agree to inform your instructor of any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class begins. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or have been recently injured, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

5.2 Assumption of Risk
Physical activity carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By participating in classes or activities at Ritual Studio, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree that Ritual Studio, its instructors, staff, and representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.3 Studio Rules
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, clients are expected to:

• Arrive on time - late entry may not be permitted as it disrupts the class

• Follow all instructions given by instructors and staff

• Treat fellow clients and staff with respect

• Keep mobile phones on silent during classes

• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear as directed

• Refrain from attending if feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of illness

Ritual Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the studio for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.

6. Memberships
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared with or used by another individual. Memberships auto-renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. To cancel a membership, written notice must be provided to us at least 7 days before your next renewal date. Membership fees already paid will not be refunded for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership if these Terms and Conditions are breached.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials - including text, images, logos, videos, and class content - is the property of Ritual Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritual Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or personal injury not caused by our negligence. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Personal Belongings
Ritual Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Clients are encouraged to use the storage facilities provided and to avoid bringing valuables to the studio.

10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ritual Studio operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
