A slow, intentional practice designed to deeply relax the body and calm the nervous system. Using props like bolsters blocks, blankets, and straps, you'll settle into fully supported poses held for several minutes at a time, allowing gravity to do the work while you simply rest and breathe.
This isn't about stretching or strengthening. Its about creating space for your body to release tension it's been holding and giving your mind the permission to quiet down. Each pose is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, the part of you responsible for rest, repair, and restoration.
