Service Description
A perfectly balanced practice that honors both effort and ease. Begin with an energizing vinyasa flow, building heat and strength as you move through dynamic sequences set to music. Followed by deeply restorative postures, allowing your body to soften, release, and integrate the work you've done. This two-part journey takes you from active flow to passive restoration, creating space for both challenge and surrender in a single class. The first half awakens your body and focuses your mind, while the second half invites deep relaxation through supported poses held longer, giving your nervous system permission to fully unwind. It's the perfect reset, leaving you feeling both energized and restored, strong and peaceful. What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, a blanket or extra layer if desired. Blocks, bolsters, and yoga straps available in studio. Level: All welcome Duration: Varies
Cancellation & Waitlist Policies
Cancellation Policy: Classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to class start time. Late cancels will incur a $10 fee and loss of session (if class pack member). No shows will incur a $15 fee and loss of session (if class pack member). *Classes start promptly on time. Out of safety and consideration for class participants, the door will be locked at the beginning of class. If you are not in the studio for the start of class you will be marked a no show. Waitlist Policy: When a spot opens up in class, the first person on the waitlist will be moved into that class. If a spot opens up within 1 hour of class start time, the waitlist participants will be notified on a first come first serve basis with the option to grab the open spot. If no one on the waitlist takes the open spot, it will open up to the public.
