A low impact class designed to make your muscles shake and burn in the best way possible. Move through targeted blocks of work synced perfectly to the beat, using free hand weights, resistance bands, balls, blocks, and ankle weights to isolate and ignite every major muscle group.
Low impact doesn't mean low intensity. Expect high-repetition movements, intentional pulses, and holds that create serious muscle fatigue without any jumping or jarring. The music sets the rhythm while you focus on control, precision, and feeling every single rep exactly where it counts.
This is where the real work happens - slowing down, dialing in, and embracing the burn. You'll leave feeling accomplished, stronger, and maybe a little shaky in the legs.
